Pierre Lebleu's responsibilities covered all areas of human resources management.  He managed staff policies and regulations, recruitment, training and career development, performance management, remuneration matters, employment administration and counselling of staff and managers on human resources issues.

Previously Lebleu has managed international human resources at the OECD and in various private sector corporations such as HSBC, April Group and Roche Group. Before his career in HR, he spent ten years as a consultant in management development and as a university lecturer in Cambridge, UK and in Paris.
