The presidential and congressional elections took place in the Dominican Republic on Sunday, May 19. International IDEA, other organizations, and guests from different countries followed the elections on the ground.

On 22 April 2024, the 50/50 Group Sierra Leone, with support from International IDEA held a National Level Dialogue to share findings from a post-election gender audit conducted on the 2023 elections.
The Political Parties Regulation Commission, with support from the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) has started a district level training of political parties on the use and implementation of the intra-party dispute resolution guide.
